Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to get a parcel to your door, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
Name, delivery address, email and mobile number, taken at checkout or through the contact form.
Order history and payment status. We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled by the payment provider.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your messages, and to send restock or order notifications if you asked for them.
Who we share it with
Couriers, so they can deliver your parcel. Payment processors, so they can take payment. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Marketing emails
We only email you about new batches if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your orders.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elyxr.ph and we will respond within 15 days.
Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted. Data is stored on access-controlled systems.
