Returns
Fragrance is personal, and it is also a hygiene product. Our policy tries to be fair on both counts.
What can be returned
Unopened bottles with the seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened bottles cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. This is why we sell every scent in 10 ml — try the small size first.
Damaged or wrong items
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
How to start a return
Send your order number and the reason to hello@elyxr.ph, or use the contact form. We will confirm before you ship anything back.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shopee orders follow Shopee’s own returns process and timelines.
Not covered
“I did not like the scent” is not grounds for a return on an opened bottle. Scent reads differently on every skin, which is what the travel size is for.
