Shipping
Every order is packed and dispatched from Teresa, Rizal. Here is what to expect once you check out.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sunday or a holiday are processed the next working day.
You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is picked up.
Delivery estimates
Metro Manila: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Luzon: 2–5 business days.
Visayas and Mindanao: 3–7 business days.
Remote or island addresses may take longer. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping fees
Flat rate of ₱180 nationwide.
Free shipping on orders of ₱2,500 and above, applied automatically at checkout.
Packaging
Bottles ship in a rigid box with bubble wrap. Glass is fragile, so if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
We ship to the address given at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody received it, we can re-ship it once you cover the second delivery fee.
